Biography

Shelby Klein-Sabljic, AGACNP, BSN, MSN, is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner specializing in nephrology. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she earned her medical qualification from Grand Canyon University.

At Southwest Kidney Institute in Boswell, Shelby provides comprehensive care for patients with kidney disease. She also plays an active role in education, serving as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students and mentoring new nurse practitioners within Southwest Kidney Institute.
