Friendly, courteous and very helpful!
Doctor Kapoor listens, understands, communicates, and cares about me. He took time to develop a specific treatment plan for my situation and didn’t rush through it.
All the office staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They are all true professionals. My appointments have been on time and my questions have been answered.

I have been seeing Dr Lui on and off for about 19 years. He is great Dr. He always caring, makes sure that all your issues are taken care of. I would recommend him for your kidney problems.

Explained it all to me
Office is clean, spacious and efficient. Dr. Lui is great. He explained my condition, sent me for testing and next appointment explained it all to me. He is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Staff was friendly. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and will recommend them without hesitation.

Made me very comfortable!
I was very scared when i had to go to my first visit, but the assistants( nurses) made me very comfortable, and so did Dr. Appachu. He spoke to me in way i could understand, and made sure i understood, and I didn’t leave there with any unanswered questions.

Excellent doctor and customer service
The clinic is very clean parking lot and building are unique easy to find. All staffs are very nice and friendly. I like the way the restrooms are set up with “vacancy / occupied” lock at the door. You don’t need to knock if someone is in there. Excellent doctor and customer service. I just need to F/U as needed. I’m glad I have Dr. Go and I recommend their clinic to my family and friends.
