Biography

Germin Cagape De Los Santos, APRN, MSN-FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive kidney care for patients across Southern Arizona.. 

Originally from Davao, Philippines, Germin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Pedro College and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She completed residency training in primary care at TMC One and received specialized training in nephrology at Oxford Churchill Hospital in the United Kingdom and in the Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care Unit at Tucson Medical Center.

Germin provides compassionate, patient-centered care for patients at Southwest Kidney Institute’s Swan, Drexel, Tuscon, and Benson locations.

Germin’s care philosophy is rooted in gratitude and service: “A nurse practitioner truly embodies the spirit of caring—tirelessly supporting others and driving positive change within their communities.”

Fluent in Filipino, Germin is an active member of the nursing and nephrology professional community. She also serves as a preceptor, helping train and mentor future nurse practitioners.
