Marc Olivier, MD is a board-certified nephrologist who provides comprehensive kidney care at Southwest Kidney Institute’s NW Tucson location.
Originally from San Diego, Dr. Olivier earned his medical degree from St. George’s University; completed his residency in internal medicine at Alameda County Medical Center; and completed fellowship training in nephrology at the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Olivier’s clinical interests include chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hyponatremia. His care philosophy emphasizes partnership and clarity: “As a nephrologist, I see my role as a guide and advocate. Like a waiter presenting a menu, I explain every care option clearly, empowering patients with knowledge so they can confidently choose the path that best fits their life and goals.”
Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
