Biography

Shelby Klein-Sabljic, AGACNP, BSN, MSN is a board-certified Nephrologist. Originally born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Shelby earned her medical qualification from Grand Canyon University.

At SKI Boswell, Shelby provides comprehensive care for patients with kidney disease. In addition to her clinical work, she is dedicated to fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals, serving as a preceptor for NP students and actively training new nurse practitioners within SKI.

When interacting with her patients, Shelby’s care philosophy is “Educating patients on evidence-based practice and lifestyle adjustments promotes informed decision making when developing a personalized treatment plan to meet medical and lifestyle needs.”
